Zachary R. Jennifer M. Crompton has over 20 years of legal experience in the public and private sector.  She is an experienced trial attorney and dedicated advocate for justice.  Jennifer tried over 40 jury trials and countless bench trials during her 11+ year tenure as a prosecutor, having an impressive record of felony convictions. It was during her time there that Jennifer sought justice on behalf of many women and children who were survivors of sexual crimes and domestic violence.  In addition to being a trial attorney, Jennifer serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the firm.
